£399 a month is the SDR's starting base salary, all in. We also charge a one-off placement fee that covers sourcing, screening and interviewing (we screen around 45 candidates to find every one we pass to you). You'll get exact numbers on the call. No hidden costs, no surprises.
What about the accent?
Accent is the very first thing we screen for. If the English isn't fluent or the accent is thick, they don't make it past our first interview. Every candidate that reaches you has already passed our language check. You still interview them yourself before hiring, so if anything sounds off, you pick someone else or we source again.
What if it doesn't work out?

You set the rate that works for your business, we walk through it with you on the call, and we confirm the SDR is happy with the structure in the pre-screening interview before they ever reach you.
